The Staff Parish Relations Committee's purpose is to be the local church administrative unit in which lay and clergy spiritual leaders integrate the staff and congregational interests to focus on the mission of the church.

SPRC Goals Set:

SPRC has set a goal this year to work with the staff so that the mission of the church is realized along with reinforcing with staff members that their "jobs" are a "ministry" in the church. SPRC is known as the "Human Resources" for the church. They are charged the responsibility to identify and support individuals from the congreagtion whom God seems to be calling for ordained ministry. The committee is to be sensitive to the opinions and concerns of the congregation concerning the pastor and staff.
